In September 2020 Frauke v. Klebelsberg acquired the PERFORMANCE brand together with Uschi Woebel. With this acquisition she continues the success story of Werner Sonderwald and Eckard Spoerr.
Frauke v. Klebelsberg is herself a long-time and enthusiastic PERFORMANCE driver. As a successful entrepreneur, she is looking forward to a challenging and exciting future with and for the PERFORMANCE brand. PERFORMANCE is thus moving to Lake Constance and is looking forward to being available to our customers from there.
Uschi Woebel, young at heart of the PERFORMANCE Marine, which has been closely associated with PERFORMANCE since the 1980s, supports the production on behalf of SVK Marine Consulting in the traditional PERFORMANCE shipyard in Porlezza. The legendary PERFORMANCE boats will continue to be manufactured there.
This way, all old and new customers can enjoy the perfection in boat building and brand support for which PERFORMANCE is legendary.
Stefan A. v. Klebelsberg, entrepreneur, supports the PERFORMANCE future as an active advisory board.
Werner Sonderwald, who has been associated with the brand for decades, has helped shape PERFORMANCE since the 1990s and has led it to impressive size, is and remains a friend of the company. Eckard Spoerr, who held the trademark rights for five years, ensured the survival of the brand after the financial crisis, is and will remain a friend of the company.
PERFORMANCE is looking forward to the continuation of the old and new success story under the new brand ownership!

In Berlin, the PERFORMANCE-Niederlassung Berlin starts operations.
In addition to selling PERFORMANCE boats, the PERFORMANCE-Niederlassung Berlin will also oversee repair work. With its own offshore team and a PERFORMANCE 1201, it will participate in poker runs and events.
The team at the PERFORMANCE-Niederlassung Berlin will be happy to provide advice and assistance.
In Starnberg, YUWELUX GmbH takes over the representation of PERFORMANCE.
In addition to the Starnberg location, YUWELUX GmbH will in future also distribute PERFORMANCE boats in South-West France and the area around Biarritz.
